You can claim expenses that your agency or end-client has agreed to pay. This amount is remitted to us in addition to your basic pay. We’ll send you a claims form to validate the expenses, according to HRMC guidelines, to check whether they are tax-free.
Mileage expenses can be claimed, subject to checks, when you drive your own vehicle to a temporary place of work that is significantly different to your regular commute.
You have a choice:
- Your holiday pay can be accrued – held in a fund and paid to you when you take holidays.
- Or you can get your holiday pay upfront – paid out along with your regular weekly or monthly payments.
You can tell us which you prefer by ticking a box in your Employment Contract.
We have £20 million in insurance cover – £10 million Employers’ Liability, £5 million Public Liability and £5 million Professional Indemnity.
We will submit your Pay As You Earn (PAYE) and National Insurance Contributions (NICs) to HMRC. All tax deductions will be paid to HMRC directly by us so you don’t need to worry about unexpected tax bills.

- The agency pays an uplifted Agency Fee to Paybrella
